My kanar bottle. Sorry this took so long, I had camera issues. It came circled in a ironwork holder and with the original wine in it (60 year old wine, no thanks!). I found it at a local Salvation Army op-shop.
This is obviously not one that was used on set, but comes from the same company that produced the bottles. The ones Damar and Dukat used where the larger one litre ones. This only holds 750 ml. The winery that produced these bottle was from the Chianti region of Italy.
I am now using it as an olive oil decanter.
Will post a couple more photos.

Just a thought. I found some images at a photography exhibition that's been travelling around. The imaged that stood out for me were taken at the former Kowloon Walled City before it was torn down. When I viewed these images for some reason my thoughts immediately jumped to Cardassia. I always had imagined Cardassian cities being similar to Earths Oriental cities. But for some reason this just summed it up.
I think after the global catastrophe that caused Cardassias climate to dry, many people would of been displaced and would of flocked to big cities and similar. This would of caused a lot of strain on resources meaning people may of built similar places to live and also to be closer to people they know.
For those that may be unaware. The Kowloon Walled City was a village/slum in a disputed territory in HongKong. It was once the most densely populated place on Earth. For years it was a hotbed of crime, illegal and legal industries and immigration. The government stayed for the most part out of its affairs. It was torn down in the early 90's.
What does everybody else think Cardassian cities looked like?

I was looking for a decent, winters, semi-vegetarian option for a friend I had invited over for dinner and I found this video. It seems everybody's favourite Bajoran has started a cooking channel on YouTube http://youtu.be/5ViIlOmlQ3o
